Natalie first qualified in Beauty Therapy in 2010 at Hereford College of Technology where she was awarded Practical Student of the Year. She later went on to study Spa Therapy at North Shropshire College and won the UK’s Silver medal for Aromatherapy Massage. 

In 2018, Natalie gained teacher trainer status, enabling her to train and upskill other beauty professionals.

Natalie specialises in Eye and Brow treatments and has trained with various Lash Masters and beauty professionals from around the world.

“Continued Professional Development is so important when working in a fast paced industry. It is paramount that clients are given the very best up to date information and that the best possible skills and techniques are used for every treatment.”

From a young age, Natalie has always been an outdoors person and a animal lover. The welfare of animals and the environment is an important aspect that she believes must be considered in everyday life. Believing in nature's goodness, Natalie promotes the benefits of natural ingredients and products wherever possible. She feels strongly that her clients are made aware not only of the benefits to themselves but the world around us.
